Using ho-fi® original promotes oxygen (O2) supply to the body, ensures normal metabolism and nervous system function. It is effectively absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and targets damaged tissues and cells in the body. ho-fi® original eliminates toxins and aids recovery after prolonged and chronic illnesses, while also acting as a preventive measure. ho-fi® original is produced in Latvia using a unique, gentle, and carefully developed technology at Latvia's leading forestry research institute “Silava,” extracted from the needles of Norway spruce (Picea abies) growing in Latvian forests. • Norway spruce (Picea abies) needle Na+ chlorophyllin 25 mg

Usage

Recommended daily dose: Adults should take 50 ml of a 0.05% Na+ chlorophyllin water solution per day.
Protect from light. After opening, store in a closed container in the refrigerator. Use within 30 days of opening.
It is recommended to use twice a year, during spring and autumn. The optimal usage period is 1 to 2 months per year.
